Enrolling at our school

We welcome new families to Junction Park State School.  Enrolling at our school is an important and exciting process.  If you need any assistance completing the forms or have any questions, please contact the office on (07) 3426 4333 or e-mail admin@junctionparkss.eq.edu.au and our Enrolment Officer will be happy to help.

Residing in our catchment area

Junction Park State School is catchment controlled.  This means we can only accept enrolment applications from families that reside within our catchment area.  Education Queensland's online tool can help you to determine your catchment school.  When you lodge your enrolment application, you will need to include proof of residency such as a current rates notice, utility bill, or tenancy agreement.

1.   The enrolment application

  • Complete the forms listed to the right under Enrolment Pack.  Please see the enrolment checklist for a full list of the forms and supplementary documentation you will need. A separate application set of forms must be completed for each child.
  • Once the forms are completed, please send them to the office.  You can visit us in person or e-mail them to admin@junctionparkss.eq.edu.au  We will need to see the original (or JP certified copy) birth certificate or passport.
