‚ÄčThe aim of Happy Art was to have loads of fun while exploring different ways to use art materials in a non-judgmental way. The activities were designed to help improve our mood, allow self-expression and learn more about ourselves. The focus was on the process of art making not the end product where the materials taught us to work with limitations, compromise and problem solve.  Working in a group made the experience exciting and allowed us to understand one another in a different way teaching acceptance, building connections and giving a sense of belonging.  Thank-you to all the creators that worked with me, as you can see from the photo from our last session everyone went away happy! :)Nickole Webb
