On Monday, parents were invited to attend a presentation on coding by the students of 3L. The children have been working hard and are very proud of their new skills. Impressive! I was really pleased to see the combination of
design (backgrounds and characters), maths, science and technology at work in
their animations. The grandparents were interested to see the changing

animations of the Lorax, the Once-ler, the Truffula trees, the Swomee-Swans and
Humming Fish. I really liked reading the speech bubbles of what the children
had come up with, for the orientation, complication, and resolution.
